To strain or filter honey, many beekeepers use two-stage filters or cheesecloth over a larger gauged sieve, which still allows the pollen to pass through. After straining your honey, it's time to bottle. A plastic bucket with a honey gate uses gravity to fill honey containers, and is perfect for beginners. For larger honey operations, a heated bottling tank and an automatic filler saves time and effort.
